Surgeonfish, Beadwork on Canvas
This beaded panel was the second piece created in my “Fishbowl” trilogy. After beading a clownfish, it seemed only natural to bead a surgeonfish next, and not just for trademarked reasons. The orange and blue complement each other and although they are on separate canvases, they can also work together as a single composition.
This piece was created by first beading the 5” x 3” panel and then stitching it to the 7” x 5” canvas. The canvas has been equipped with d-rings and wire, gallery style, for ease of hanging.
This is a one of a kind work of art.
