This sculpture is an exploration into dimensionality, and what it might be like to see something from outside our three dimensions. A 2-dimensional creature would only see the outline of a boot that stepped near it; how would it extrapolate the whole from that outline? How would we perceive a fourth dimension with our three dimensional eyes? “Time Machine”, a structure of folded space and angles, asks these questions. Imagine where it’s from, and what it might represent unseen to our eyes.
